2 salmon filets
pepper & garlic salt to taste
1 TBSP local honey
1 TBSP low sodium soy
1 TBSP rice wine vinegar
1 TBSP toasted sesame seeds
- Whisk together: honey, soy, & vinegar.
- Pepper & Garlic Salt the filets.
- Pour honey marinade over fish filets (in ziploc bag or just in a casserole dish) reserving about a TBSP for later.
- Allow that to marinate for 30 minutes-1 hour.
- Coat a saute pan with non stick spray-or use a little olive oil, I just had the spray handy.
- Heat pan on medium.
- Add filets skin side UP. *
- Cook about 4-6 minutes depending on thickness.
- Flip filets, add remaining TBSP of marinade and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
- Remove from heat and let cook another 2-3 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
Serve with veggies!
